The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders will be send to the carrier for dispatch within 72 hours after the order was placed(expect pre-order). The carrier then processes the package, which takes up to 5 business days.(Note: The carrier won't process order on Sunday!)
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from Badgeslide's warehouse to your address, after the carrier processes the order. Items usually take about 12 to 20 business days to arrive(standard shipping). It will take about 7 bussiness days to arrive with fast shipping. The shipping time is up to your address. (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Guam etc. remote area will take more time).We do apologize that shipment delays may occur if the package sent requires customs clearance/inspection, or due to transportation delays caused by the carrier service.
*Note: There will be NO EXCEPTIONS. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE NOT USPS, WE CANNOT CONTROL THE DELIVERY TIMES, AND WE'LL TRY OUR BEST TO HELP OUR CONSUMERS DEAL WITH SHIPPING ISSUES.
