As always, it looks wonderful, but I was disappointed in the long delay in its arrival. I actually forgot about it it took a number of weeks, which hasn't happened in the past. Probably the holidays, but I wish it had arrived a lot sooner. Still I am happy with the product, ty.

The Vietnam Era Vet badge looks good on my 2022 Toyota RAV4 Prime mounted on the rear of the SUV. The final product is good but getting it was not easy or very good. There was confusion and a lack of communication and it took a long time to receive it even after it was produced. In the end things worked out but your company needs to do a better job communicating with customers and providing a realistic estimate as to when their orders will ship and how long things will take. I would give the final product from Badgeslide an A+ but your company's handling of the order and communication a D-.
